Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before placing an order with JingleCraft ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

JingleCraft produces custom audio jingles ("Jingles") based on creative briefs submitted by clients ("you"). We offer three service tiers: Quick Sting ($39), Standard Hook ($59), and Brand Pack ($89). Specific deliverables, revision counts, and turnaround times for each tier are described on our pricing page.

2. Ordering & Payment

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
• Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice for future orders.

3. Delivery

• We aim to deliver your completed Jingle within 24 hours of receiving a complete creative brief.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by brief completeness, revision requests, or exceptional demand.
• Jingles are delivered as high-quality MP3 (320 kbps) and WAV (48 kHz / 24-bit) files via email.

4. Revisions

• Quick Sting ($39): No revisions included.
• Standard Hook ($59): 1 revision included.
• Brand Pack ($89): 3 revisions included.
• Additional revision rounds may be purchased at $15 each.
• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of initial delivery.

5. Commercial License

Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of your Jingle, JingleCraft grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use the Jingle in any and all marketing, advertising, broadcast, digital, and promotional materials — including but not limited to television, radio, YouTube, social media, podcasts, and in-store audio. No royalties are owed for any use.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

JingleCraft retains ownership of the underlying composition and recording. The commercial license described in Section 5 grants you broad usage rights. You may not re-sell or sublicense the Jingle to a third party as a standalone audio product. You may use the Jingle as an integral part of your brand identity and marketing materials.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of our work:

• Orders canceled before a brief has been submitted are eligible for a full refund.
• Once work has commenced (brief received), orders are non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver within a reasonable timeframe (72 hours), you are entitled to a full refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted to orders@jinglecraft.agency.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use your Jingle in connection with any content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. JingleCraft reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JingleCraft's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
